Erin Leah & Connor met at Physician Assistant school. They became friends when they each needed a study buddy. They fell in love in the process.

Erin Leah says that Connor balances her out and they bring out the best in each other. Connor’s very calm and centered and Erin Leah’s outgoing and spirited. Despite spending lockdown together, the two never got sick of each other and knew their love was one for a lifetime. Erin Leah says, “We love spending time together with our dog, binge-watching shows, hiking, cooking, and traveling together”.

 

The Engagement

After graduating Physician Assistant school, the two took a road trip before starting their first PA jobs. At their last stop, in Dallas to see Erin Leah’s family, Connor surprised Erin Leah with a proposal. “I thought I was going to a farmers’ market with my best friend. We pulled up to a pier where Connor was standing at the end with our dog wearing a bandana that said, ‘will you marry my dad?’. My family was there, our favorite song was playing, it was perfect!”

The Wedding

Erin Leah & Connor were married on May 14^th at 5:10 p.m. at Sierra Vista in Bedford, VA.

The Details

When we asked Erin Leah what three words would describe her wedding, she said “love, fun, and party”. She and her wedding planners from A Little Party Events selected spring colors (blush, sage, and champagne) and created a light & airy atmosphere for the day.

Erin Leah & Connor’s wedding party wouldn’t be complete without their “son”, Bug. We think he made the cutest ring bearer.

The Ceremony

The late afternoon ceremony was outside at Sierra Vista. Reverend Scott Evans officiated.

The Reception

After the ceremony, Erin Leah, Connor, and their guests moved into the barn to celebrate the new couple.
