“When we have each other, we have everything” -Anonymous

Aly & Ben, who met while working at the same restaurant in college, love spending time together (along with Aly’s daughter Ella) outdoors and hiking. So, it’s no surprise that they selected an outdoor location in the mountains for their wedding. When we asked Aly for three words to describe her wedding, she said “authentic, happiness, togetherness”.

Family is so important to Aly & Ben that they wanted their family to be a central part of their big day. Even down to their family helping with the details and planning of the wedding. “Despite it being a bigger ceremony, we would like for it to feel personal and authentic. Almost everything is being done by family (cake, flowers, decor, signs).”

“We are including my 3-year-old daughter in the ceremony, and she will also be the flower girl.”

Details

“We are hoping it will be rustic, down to earth, and unique to us, while still feeling somewhat timeless and classic as well. Lots of eucalyptus, florals, and fall colors.”

Wedding Party

Aly & Ben’s family and friends served as their wedding party. The men wore suits from Crown & Ivy and the bridesmaids wore dresses of their choosing that fit with the rustic colors of the wedding.
