Sarah & Joe 10/23/2021

It was love at first match.

Sarah & Joe met on the dating app Hinge. Joe was Sarah’s first (and last) match. Sometimes you only need one. The two officially met in person at a brewery and as Sarah tells us, they clicked instantly.

Then, in November 2020, Joe took Sarah to the oceanfront to watch the sunrise and go for a walk. And on that walk, Joe proposed.

Sarah & Joe had matched for life.

The Wedding

Sarah & Joe were married on October 23, 2021, in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The Details

Sarah & Joe selected navy blue, grey, white, and green as their wedding colors. They wanted a light and airy look with just a touch of a fairytale. “We have lots of greenery in our bouquets and at the reception. Our centerpieces consist of a piece of wood, with floating candles and eucalyptus. We also want to hang fairy lights in the venue.”

The Bridal Party

The bridesmaids looked picture perfect in their pale blue Azazie dresses and the groomsmen looked dapper in their navy blue Men’s Wearhouse suits.

The Bride & Groom

Sarah told us that she wanted her wedding to be romantic, light-hearted, and joyous. We think she and Joe accomplished this goal.

The bride and groom spent some special last moments with their families before walking down the aisle.

The Ceremony

Sarah & Joe decided to have a full Roman Catholic Mass for their wedding ceremony. The Mass was held at 3 pm at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Virginia Beach.
