Katelyn and Landon met on April 20, 2018, on a blind date at Big Licks restaurant with some of their besties Katelyn and Travis Crouch. Landon says that he knew Katelyn was the one for him after their first date when he convinced her to climb the Smith Mountain Tower within three hours of meeting him. They dated for three and a half years before promising to love each other forever on October 17, 2021. Many lessons were learned during those 3.5 years but they’re confident the Lord had a plan for them all along…

Katelyn and Landon couldn’t wait for their forever together. So, on February 5, 2022, they were married.

The Wedding

Katelyn and Landon selected downtown Lynchburg as the backdrop for their winter wedding.

The Details

When we asked Katelyn and Landon what three words would describe their wedding, they said: fun, beautiful, and exciting.

The Bridal Party

The bridesmaids looked winter perfect in their cranberry dresses from Azazie and the groomsmen looked dapper in their Vera Wang suits.

The Bride

One of Katelyn’s biggest wishes for her wedding was time set aside for bridal portraits. We were able to capture these portraits in and around The Virginian Hotel on a beautiful snowy day.

The Bride & Groom

For Katelyn and Landon, it was more important to capture gorgeous wedding photos of the two of them than it was to get photos of anything else. We spent our time on their wedding day ensuring they had every shot they dreamed of. Downtown Lynchburg made the perfect backdrop for their wedding portraits.

The Ceremony

Katelyn and Landon were married at 4 pm on February 5^th with Pastor David Janney officiating.

The Reception

After the ceremony and wedding photos, it was time for Katelyn and Landon to party the night away with their nearest and dearest.
